On September 28, in the village of Baubek batyr of the Ishim rural district of the Zhaksy region, events were organized by the M.Gabdullin museum together with the Zhaksy regional library, dedicated to the associate of Khan Kenesary - Baubek batyr.

The event began with a theatrical performance about Baubek batyr, which the audience met with great enthusiasm.

The events were attended by well-known scientists, writers, representatives of the intelligentsia, delegations from the cities of Tyumen and Ishim of the Russian Federation, descendants of the batyr, residents of the region and district, the media.

Then, in the scientific conference " The example of Baubek Batyr: truth and legend ", Ph.D., acting professor of Sh.Ualikhanov KSU Sabit Zhambek, master of humanities, teacher of Sh.Ualikhanov KSU Galymtai Tolepbergenov, literary critic, master of philology Asylbek Baytan. Akyn Korganbek Amanzhol honored his dedication to Baubek batyr. There was also a presentation of the book "The best of the best is Baubek Batyr" published by the efforts of the museum staff.

In the second half of the day, there were wrestling competitionsand horse races. In the wrestling the first place was taken by Staneyev Leonid,. At a distance of 10 kilometers, the 1st place was taken by a horse named "Zhuldyz" of Olzhas Suleimenov (village of Kima), 2nd - "Shaktimes" of Mukhamedzhanov Kenzhen (Zhaksy district), 3rd - "Aseddon" of Nurbekov Medet (village Yeshim ). In the distance of 25 kilometers, the first to cross the finish line was the "Haszhiren" tulpar of Nurolla Diaz (Zhanatilek village), the second "Zagdan" of Vlad Nikishov, the third "Ular" of Nurdaulet Zhumanazar (Taraz).
