War. Victory. Memory - Popikov Nikolay Kirillovich

Popikov Nikolay Kirillovich was born on December 19, 1925 in the Akmola region, Novobratskoe village. In January 1943 he was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army. After completing the accelerated courses of telegraph operators in Tashkent, he entered the order of the 24th artillery division as a radio operator of the regimental intelligence of the 4th Ukrainian Front.

Participated in fierce battles, liberating Ukraine, Poland, Czechoslovakia, crossed the Oder. He celebrated Victory Day in Prague. He was demobilized at the end of 1945 for health reasons. He worked as a worker at the Industrial Complex. Passed all the job positions, was the head of the workshop, director. Awarded with government awards. In 1947 he got married. He raised three children together with his wife.
