''The capital through the eyes of youth''

On April 24, young employees of the Malik Gabdullin Museum, within the framework of the Year of Youth announced in 2019, in the Address of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A.Nazarbayev "Growing prosperity of Kazakhstanis: increasing income and quality of life", visited the city of Nur-Sultan with an expedition. During the trip, we visited the historical and cultural sites of the capital, made a brief historical review. The first object of the visit was the Muslim cemetery "Karaotkel" located in the center of the capital. A large group of companions-in-arms of the last Kazakh khan Kenesary, a native of the Akmola region Smagul Sadvokasov, and Galia, the beloved of Baluan Sholak, are buried at the churchyard, which has a 4-century history. We got acquainted with the history of the cemetery, honored the memory of the deceased.

In addition, we visited Baiterek, which is a symbol not only of the capital, but of the whole of Kazakhstan, where they could see the artistic compositions "Ayaly Alakan" and "Blessing". Then the museum staff paid a visit to the monuments "Kazakh Eli", which is a symbol of independence, and "Wall of Peace" on the Independence Square.

On April 25, the continuation of the expedition to the capital was an excursion to the museum of the leader of the Alash-Orda, the mentor of M.Gabdullin Saken Seifullin. The exhibition halls were introduced by the professional guide Gulsara Kusainova. Museum staff shared their views and exchanged experiences. The next in line was a bridge resembling the shape of a fish, which is a symbol of the Atyrau region. The exterior of the building corresponds to the modern style, decorated in accordance with the design of world architecture. This bridge has become a special place for recreation and walking for residents of the capital and guests of the city.

Also, young employees visited the Zhastar theater - a young and creative temple of art. Due to the fact that the theater's cast went on tour to Turkey, it was not possible to watch the production. Thus, the expedition to the capital ended. It was a very interesting trip for us. In the near future, a video about cultural objects and an exhibition "The capital through the eyes of youth" will be prepared for the attention of the public following the results of a two-day business trip.
