Ayabek Nurlan Ablayuly was born on January 20, 1969 in the city of Kyzylorda, Kyzylorda region. 1976-1986 studies in a high school №253. In November 1987 he was drafted into the ranks of the Soviet Army. 01/03/1988 took the military oath. After training, as part of the detachment, he was sent to serve in the Republic of Afghanistan, Gorno-Badakhshan province, the village of Gulkhana.

1990-1995 studies at the Zhambul Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry, specializing in accounting and auditing, qualification of an economist.

He is married and has 3 children. He worked in the legal consultant of the branch of JSC "NC" KTZh "-" Kokshetau Locomotive Service Center ". He is currently a self-employed entrepreneur.
