We began the first day of the expedition with a visit to the Central State Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which this year will celebrate its 100th anniversary.

The books "Kazakh balasy"/"Son of a Kazakh" and the epistolary heritage of the writer "I am the son of the people", which are the brainchild of common painstaking work, were transferred to the reading room of the archive, as well as to M. Gabdullin's personal fund.

Chief curator of the museum funds Malik Gabdullin Zhuzzhanova S.K. expressed gratitude to the employees of the Central State Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by Acting Director Mukhit Kadyrbekuly and Deputy Director Zhylysbaeva Marziya Ganievna for their assistance in finding research materials on the creativity and activities of M. Gabdullin, and also developed a plan of joint events.

During the meeting was presented a letter of gratitude from the head of the department of culture, archives and documentation of the Akmola region Sabitova A.B. to Aktayeva L.S., chief expert of the fund of film, photo documents and sound recordings, who held the position of General Director of the Central State Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan for many years. Lyazzat Suleimenovna provided assistance in finding the necessary information about M. Gabdullin.

At the end of the meeting, the deputy director of the archive Zhylysbaeva M.G. conducted a tour of the halls of the archive.
