Since 2019, employees of the State Military History Museum of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the M.Gabdullin Museum have been exchanging experience, improving professional skills and working in close cooperation.

In 2021, the Military History Museum of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted the International Exhibition «Moscow is behind Us!» dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Battle for Moscow, in which the M.Gabdullin Museum took part, presenting the most valuable exhibits and documents to the audience.

At the last exhibition in March 2022, «Erlikke tagzym», organized by the M.Gabdullin Museum, the museum staff, headed by the head of the Department of information and image work of the Military History Museum of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan S.E.Seleubayeva from Nur-Sultan, presented about 60 exhibits from the funds of the Military History Museum, telling in detail about the divisions formed in Kazakhstan and those who took part in the defense of Moscow during the Second World War.

On June 28, Acting Director of the MSI «Malik Gabdullin Museum» of the Department of Culture of the Akmola region S.K.Zhuzzhanova and Head of the RSI «State Military Historical Museum of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan» N.T.Asilov signed a cooperation agreement, updated the memorandum and agreed on further joint active work.

It is also known that this year documents telling about the life of the great Kazakh batyr Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, who was not only Malik Gabdullin's brother, but also a front-line friend, were found and delivered to the Russian State Archive of Political and Social History. In a solemn atmosphere, the documents were transferred to the State Military History Museum of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan.

These documents are undoubtedly a valuable historical exhibit for our country. As indicated in paragraph 3.3 of the memorandum, the State Military History Museum of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan regarding Bauyrzhan Momyshuly (copies of documents: award list for the Order of the Red Banner, war map, personal diary, etc.) will share some exhibits with the M. Gabdullin Museum.
