Ponomarev Sergey Vladislavovich was born on May 18, 1964 in the city of Pervomaisk, Nikolaev region, Ukrainian SSR. Before being drafted into the armed forces, he graduated from an evening high school, then studied at SPTU-40. He worked in the Zerendinsky motor transport enterprise, from where he was drafted into the ranks of the SA Armed Forces, and as part of the limited troops was sent to the DRA. Served from 10/11/1982 to 10/02/1984. He took the oath on 10.24.1982 with military unit 65528.

For impeccable service, he was awarded the following awards: medal "To an internationalist warrior from the noble Afghan people", medal "Veteran of military operations", medal "70 years of the USSR Armed Forces", medal "For military merit".

At the end of his military service, he worked at PMK-101 of the “Kokshetauselstroy” trust until 1991. From 1991 to 1994, the driver of the Union of Afghanistan Veterans, 1994-2002. worked as a security guard in “Kazakhoil-Security” LLP, “Sushi” State Enterprise, “Erulan” LLP, and the regional military enlistment office, and since 2002 has been working as a driver in “SOK of M.Gabdullin” LLP.

He is raising three children. Takes an active part in the public life of the district, in the patriotic education of the young generation
