BekbaevIlyubayEsmagambetovich was born on March 14, 1967 in the village of Tulkuli, Shchuchinsky district, Kokshetau region. In 1985 he graduated from the courses of drivers, worked in the convoy №2585.

In April 1985, he was drafted into the ranks of the armed forces of the SA and as part of the limited forces sent to the DRA. Served in the period from 08/02/1985 to 08/06/1987.

For impeccable service he has the following awards: Diploma of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, medals "70 years of the USSR Armed Forces", "Veteran of military operations", "For courage", "For military services", "To an internationalist warrior from a grateful Afghan people", "10 years of the Saur revolution", "15 years of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from the DRA", III degree "For impeccable service in the fire service", breastplate of the III degree"Savior".

At the end of his service life, he graduated from the courses of a builder and plasterer, worked in Shchuchinsk-Kurortstroy. Since August 1988 he worked at the Pervomaisky state farm, since July 1989 he has been a driver of the “Dostyk” company in the Zerendinsky region. From 1998 to the present, he has been working as a senior driver in the fire department of the Zerendinsky district. He is raising two children. Takes an active part in the public life of the region and in the patriotic education of the young generation.
