Mukushev Sandybai Karimguzhinovich was born on 07.10.1961 in the village of Koytas, Ualikhanov district, Kokshetau region. Prior to being drafted into the armed forces, he worked as a machine operator at the Uspeno-Yuryevsky state farm in the Burabay region.

On November 1, 1979, he was drafted into the ranks of the SA Armed Forces, as part of the limited forces sent to the DRA. He took the oath on 12/01/1979 at military unit 74261. Sandybai Karimguzhinovich having served impeccably since January 1980, May 1981 returns to his homeland.

At the end of his service life, he graduated from vocational school, then a driving school and since 1984 worked in Trucking Companies 2585 in the city of Shchuchinsk, 1985-1987 at the state farm "Zolotaya Niva", 1987-1994 at the state farm "Uspeno-Yuryevsky" as a mechanic. In 1994 he moved to the village of Zerenda. Married. He is raising two children. Takes an active part in the public life of the region, in the patriotic education of the young generation.
